MASTAVA ROOM

The Mastava was the living floor of the Arab country house, which occupied about 3/4 of the house space. The Mastava is the oldest room in the house, the original vaulted room with a arabesque tile floor and a charming fireplace that we placed inside the ujak - a traditional fireplace built inside the living room wall that was common in affluent country houses for the cold winter nights. The Mastava is intended for a couple and has a private garden next to it.
